Emma McClarkin

Emma McClarkin (born 9 October 1978 in Stroud, Gloucestershire) is a British politician, and Member of the European Parliament for the East Midlands region for the Conservative Party.
==Early life and education==
McClarkin was brought up in Stroud and the local grammar school, Stroud Girls High School. She graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Law and went on to work as a Legal Clerk in a law firm.〔"(Meet your new Euro-MPs )", ''Hucknall Dispatch'', 12 June 2009〕
Immediately prior to being elected, McClarkin worked for the Rugby Football Union as their Government Relations Executive.
